Green Dreamers Update Mid-June 2018

Print Email

Wednesday, June 13, 2018 8:30 - 10:30 a.m.

This Wednesday, June 13th, Brian and I will be spreading the remaining bags of manure (5-10 bags) and planting a peony bush at Glen where we lost an hydrangea bush this last winter. If you would like any of the remaining bags of manure, please let me know tomorrow morning or by email.

Brian and I will arrive at the Firehall around 8:30 and should be finished at Glen by 9:30 a.m.

Green Dreamers have a choice tomorrow to meet at the Firehall at 8:30 a.m. (where there is always gardening to be done) or to begin Wednesday morning by working on their own designated gardens before regrouping at the Library around 9:30 a.m. After our walkabout with Julianne Labreche last Tuesday, it might be helpful to discuss next steps at the Library.

Saturday, June 16, 2018 8:30 - 9:30 a.m. with a walk through the May Court gardens at 10:00 a.m.

Catherine Shaw from the Hospice Gardens at May Court has kindly offered to give us a tour this coming Saturday, June 16th at 10:00 a.m.

We would like to suggest that Green Dreamers meet Saturday morning at 8:30 (location to be determined after Wednesday), do a little Green Dreamer gardening and then walk over to the May Court on Cameron at 10:00 a.m. for a little gardening fun.
