The City of Ottawa Planning and Growth Management Department offers the Planning Primer Program to help residents become more aware of, and more involved in, the land-use planning process.  The program is a series of free half-day courses.  The next session:

You can register for the course online until January 25, 2019. Seating is limited to 40 residents per session. All members of the public including developers, real estate agents, lawyers, builders, and community representatives are invited to attend. Please send your questions to primer [AT] ottawa [DOT] ca.
