Accepting Nominations for “Outstanding Volunteer of the Year” and “Outstanding Lifetime Volunteer” Awards

The Old Ottawa South Community Association is accepting nominations for the “outstanding volunteer(s) of the year” and “outstanding lifetime volunteer(s)” awards from now until Friday April 22, 2016.
The OSCA Volunteer Recognition Program consists of two awards to be given to individuals who make an exceptional contribution to the community of Old Ottawa South:
- Outstanding volunteer(s) of the year: Recognizing an individual or individuals who made exceptional contributions to the Old Ottawa South community through volunteer work during the 2015/2016 season.
- Outstanding lifetime volunteer(s): Recognizing an individual or individuals who made exceptional contributions to the Old Ottawa South community over a lifetime of volunteer work.
Please include the following information in all nominations: 1) name of the nominee, 2) the nominee's contact information, 3) a brief outline of the nominee's volunteer service as well as the reason you are nominating them.
Please note that OSCA's board members are not eligible during their term of appointment, but would be eligible afterward. For further details, please click here.
