Founded more than 40 years ago, the Old Ottawa South Community Association (OSCA) is a group of community volunteers whose goal is to make Old Ottawa South (OOS) a pleasant, fulfilling, and meaningful place to live. Since 1978, OSCA has made its home in a favourite neighborhood landmark called “The Firehall”. From the Firehall OSCA manages its program delivery, social events, neighbourhood gatherings and advocacy activities.
