Join plant-based chef and registered holistic nutritionist Amy Longard and kombucha brewer/creator of Culture Kombucha Wentsi Yeung for an interesting and informative workshop on gut health. You’ll learn about the microbiome, which foods to focus on and which foods to avoid to avoid to support a healthy gut, watch a live demonstration on how to brew kombucha and have the opportunity to ask your pressing questions about gut health and kombucha brewing. To top it off, participants in attendance will take home their own kombucha starter (scoby) so that they can start their journey into fermented foods.
