The Board of Directors
OSCA is managed by a group of volunteers from the community, who form the OSCA Board of Directors and Executive.
The OSCA Board meets at 7:00PM at the Firehall, on the third Tuesday of every month.

In the early months of each year, the nominating committee seeks to identify members of the community who wish to be nominated for the following year’s Board. All residents of Old Ottawa South are encouraged to express their interest to the committee by email, at nominations(at)oldottawasouth.ca. All board members are also encouraged to join or chair a Committee, for which details can be found on the main page.
The activities of OSCA and the Board are governed by the Association’s Bylaws, policies approved by the board and standard operating procedures. The affairs of the association are subject to review each year at the Annual General Meeting (AGM). Details about the AGM including the Official Notice and minutes of past meetings can be found on the AGM tab of the website. Minutes of each month’s board meeting can be found on this page.
