Registration is now open for OSCA’s AGM, scheduled for Tuesday 20 Oct 2020 commencing at 7:30pm. In order to be able to attend the 2020 AGM, registration is required and the deadline is October 16, 2020.
All Members of OSCA are eligible to register for, attend, and vote at the AGM. Membership is free, and is available to all adults who are residents of Old Ottawa South. You may register for the AGM, even if you are not yet an OSCA member, or do not know whether you are an OSCA member; your AGM registration will be considered to be an application for OSCA membership, if required.
To register for the AGM, please use OSCA’s new registration system, Amilia, here. In order to be able to register using Amilia you will be asked to create an Amilia account. Detailed instructions on how to create this account can be found here.
The AGM will be held virtually, using the ZOOM platform. If you are new to ZOOM, note that joining the meeting is as a simple as clicking the link in the invitation email that will be sent to all registrants shortly before the AGM. We recommend you do this a few minutes in advance of the meeting’s scheduled start. You can also review the frequently asked questions about joining ZOOM meetings.
If you cannot participate in the virtual meeting, but want to support OSCA’s legal obligations to hold an AGM, instead of completing the registration form, you are encouraged to submit a proxy. The proxy for can be found here (PDF).
The business portion of the meeting will be followed by a discussion about OSCA’s financial challenges as a result of Covid-19, and its fundraising campaign.
Please register and join us at the virtual AGM!
