The team at OSCA are excited to announce that we will be holding our annual Christmas Craft Show in person once again this year! This year’s show will take place on Sunday, December 11th, from 12:00pm – 6:00pm.
Vendors will be set up in the main hall and a café/refreshment area will be available. There will also be a children’s Christmas activities area and the opportunity to take photos with Santa. Vendor spots are limited this year, so book ASAP to ensure you don’t miss out!
The cost to book a table is a flat $50 regardless of placement in the hall. Table dimensions are 30×72 inches, or 2.5×6 feet.
Please note: we can only guarantee the table top space and cannot guarantee any floor/display space around the table. Table numbers will be assigned on a first-come-first-served basis for those with a preference, but a specific table cannot be guaranteed for anyone.
Vendors need to have the ability to take payments independently (cash, cheque, Square card reader, etc.) and will need to bring any necessary table supplies (tablecloth, power cord, etc.). The café/refreshment area will have food for purchase (soup, chili, cinnamon buns, other baked goods etc.); vendors are welcome to bring a bagged lunch if they prefer.
According to OSCA’s Vaccination Policy, any members of the public entering the building must be double vaccinated or have a valid medical exemption, including vendors. Proof of vaccination is screened at the building’s main door upon arrival. Please be advised that this may change and if this occurs, vendors will be notified.
