Much has been written about the proposal – including two articles recently in the June OSCAR, namely the monthly report of OSCA by President Richard Slowikowski (page 7) and an opinion article by Alexandra Gruca-Macaulay from Old Ottawa East (pages 4 -5).
The OSCA Board is particularly interested in your views on any or all of the following: transportation, traffic, diminished green space, the proposed new arena/event centre, the proposed towers and the financing plan. Responses will be compiled and will inform presentations of OSCA representatives at meetings of other community associations, OSEG and municipal officials.
