EnviroCrew volunteers will be set up near the parking lot in Windsor Park from 1 to 6 p.m at OSCA’s Fall Fest, Saturday, October 14, 2023, collecting items to reduce household waste. Items for collection are:

  • Milk bags – clean outer bags only, please. To be made into bed mats locally and sent where needed.
  • Printer cartridges – To be added to Staples collection.
  • Egg cartons – To be reused via Earthub.
  • Bread tags – To Earthub for a special project.
  • Mascara wands – To Wands for Wildlife via Earthub.
  • Prescription pill bottles – labels removed, please. To be reused by Matthew Ministries.
  • Marking pens – To be added to Staples collection.
  • Crayons – To Operation Christmas Child via Earthub.
  • Pull tabs – To school fundraiser via Earthub.
  • Batteries – To be recycled responsibly.

You’ll also receive information on how to recycle dozens of other household waste items.
