We are excited to welcome all OSCA Members to the Annual General Meeting. We will gather with a wine and cheese social before and after the business meeting, so feel free to arrive early and stay afterwards to meet socially with your neighbours and meet the newest board members.
If you are planning to participate in the AGM either in person or by proxy, please help us prepare by registering no later than June 6th. Documents associated with the AGM can be found on the OSCA website.
All current adult residents of Old Ottawa South (aged 18+) are eligible to be OSCA Members and to vote at the AGM. This includes electing new board members, approving any revisions to OSCA bylaws, and other motions which may be presented. There is no fee for OSCA membership.
You may register for the AGM even if you are not yet an OSCA member, or do not know whether you are an OSCA member. Your AGM registration will be considered an application for OSCA membership, if required.
If you are unavailable to attend the AGM in person, please help us ensure quorum by registering to vote by proxy. Further details including a proxy form will be available on the website and at the Firehall beginning in May.
