There will be a single lane closure of a section of Colonel By Drive and a full closure of a segment of Echo Drive for the Colonel By Drive due to the wall rehabilitation project.
Colonel By Drive, east of Rosedale Avenue
- Schedule: From October 27 to November 14, 2025
- Impact on motorists: Single lane closure, traffic will be intermittently rerouted through the adjacent open lane
- Impact on pedestrians and cyclists: No impact
Colonel By Drive, at Echo Drive
- Schedule: From November 15 to December 17, 2025
- Impact on motorists: Single lane closure, traffic will be intermittently rerouted through the adjacent open lane

Echo Drive, from Colonel By Drive to Bank Street
- Schedule: From October 27 to December 17, 2025
- Impact on motorists: Full closure
