Spring & Summer Programs at OSCA

Despite the cold weather and abundance of snowbanks lining our streets, spring is just around the corner. Our OSCA team has been preparing its spring program lineup since early January and we’re really excited about some of the new programs we’re offering.

Our combined 2019 Spring and Summer guide is now posted online check it out here. Printed copies will be out with the March issue of the OSCAR. Registration will open March 6th at noon for Preschool, Child, and Youth Programs, including registration for the 2019-2020 After-Four and Breakfast Club programs. Adult Program registration will open March 7th at noon.

Some new programs you’ll see in the lineup include Parent and Tot French Lessons with 123 Petit Pas, Puddle Jumpers with Darcy Middaugh, Bookworms with Darcy Middaugh, Intro to Basketball with SportBall, Cycling workshops with Denise Inglis, Broadway Workout, POUND Fitness, Gentle Latin Grooves, Gentle Moves for Seniors, Puppy and Dog Training, Beginner Pottery for Adults, Race Walking for Seniors, and Intro to Drawing with the Ottawa School of Art.

As mentioned, this guide combines both our spring and summer programs. There will be no separate guide coming out for Summer 2019 as all of the programs are listed in this current guide. Registration for our summer programs will open March 7th at noon as well. We’ve tried to offer a few more classes with a little more variety this year, so we hope you enjoy the summer lineup too. We'll kick off the Spring Session with our Annual Open House April 1-6! We'll have free drop-ins and fun events for all ages. We hope to see you there!

Make sure to check out our guide for all of our spring and summer offerings. We hope to see you at Firehall in the spring. It won’t be much longer until the weather warms up and the sun starts shining!
