The Firehall Fitness Centre (FFC) is in the basement of the Old Firehall (260 Sunnyside). If you live and work in OOS, this hidden gem is a fantastic option. We’ve optimized this space for full-body workouts with plenty of cardio and floor space.

  • Membership is open to adults 18 years of age and older. Youths 16-17 are also welcome to register with parental signature on the FFC waiver, available at the front desk.

  • OSCA operates the Firehall Fitness Centre and is independent of the City of Ottawa Fitness Centre memberships.
