To cancel your registration, please email us at info@oldottawasouth.ca or call at 613-695-6970. Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment or as an account credit.
Refunds will be provided up to 3 weeks prior to the start date and subject to a $25 administrative fee (this fee is waived if the amount is left as an account credit).
Within 3 weeks (21 days) of a program start, refunds will not be issued other than for medical reasons accompanied with a doctor’s note.

*Drop-ins are non-refundable
