Core Conditioning With Diane Robertson

Thursdays 10:00AM-10:45AM 
July 9 - August 27
Join Diane as she leads you through a series of exercises to strengthen the abdomen, back muscles while increasing balance and flexibility. Equipment is recommended for this class but not required. This includes a yoga mat, hand weights, a resistance band, or a yoga block.

Feel Better With Franklin Method

In this series of classes, we will look at the body with new eyes and discover amazing things! Using imagery and other novel tools, we will learn quick and easy ways to relax, yet wake up, different areas of the body and enable them to make a more valuable contribution to your movement and well being.

Gentle Resistance Flexibility Yoga

Fridays 9:00AM-9:45AM 
Increase strength and flexibility through gentle resistance stretching paired with targeted strengthening yoga postures. Stretch and then strengthen in this gentle approach to yoga. Balance the body to balance the mind. Help yourself to live in the moment, reshape your posture, improve overall health and lower stress levels. Enjoy this class at your own pace, slow and relaxed or with more challenging options. Suitable for all levels as well as those with health concerns.

Get Fit Yoga & Yin Stretch

Tuesdays 12:00PM-12:45PM 
Are you a fitness enthusiast or just looking to strengthen and tone your body? Either way, you will love using this blended yoga approach to achieve your wellness goals. Increase your fitness level, play with bodyweight-bearing poses, and get your heart pumping while using your breath as a training tool. We end with deep tissue stretches that realign, decompress and release tension. Feel rejuvenated and lower your stress levels too!

Hatha Yoga

This class will involve gentle yoga flow to energize and relax. This traditional style of yoga encompasses everything from asana (postures), vinyasa (transitions), and pranayama (breath work).

Kundalini Yoga

Join Antonia as she leads you through a 40 minute Kundalini yoga class during lunchtime on Fridays. Kundalini Yoga is the yoga of awareness. It is a balanced style of yoga incorporating postures, chanting, breathwork, and meditation. It's a type of yoga which is more spiritual and meditative.

Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra (also known as yogic sleep) is a powerful technique for controlling your body’s relaxation response. Yoga Nidra can be as restorative as sleep while you remain fully conscious. Giving your mind and body an extra window of deep relaxation offers powerful benefits, especially during this time! In this class, you’ll build a deeper connection between mind and body. Cultivate conscious relaxation, ease ongoing stress and anxiety, and feel your body melt away into a soothing state of being.

Yoga Pilates with Zina

Fridays 4:00-5:00PM

This class of mat pilates (using balls and bands if you have them) will give you the added benefits and relaxation of yoga. Build core strength, improve balance, increase flexibility and rejuvenate your body and mind.

Vitality Plus (55+ Fitness)

Mondays 2:00-2:40PM 
July 7 - August 25

Vitality Plus is a course designed for adults 55 plus, to improve every aspect of fitness effectively, but gently, including low impact cardio movements that will get you moving safely, muscle toning with light weights/body weight  (or a modified version of hand weights), as well as exercises for core strengthening and increasing flexibility.
