Refund Policy

We believe in the programs we offer to the community. If your program does not meet your expectations we want to know! Our Program Coordinators want to keep improving their programs, and your feedback is invaluable.

Full and prorated credits, or refunds less a $15 administrative fee, can be provided up to the start of the 3rd class on all registered programs unless otherwise stated (see below for exceptions).

Cancellations due to medical reasons will be accepted at any time with an accompanying medical note.

Transfers to another class can be done anytime, provided the class you transfer into has space available and falls within the same session.

To request a cancellation of your program, please email us at info@oldottawasouth.ca or give us a call at 613-247-4946.

Sometimes a class must be cancelled for reasons beyond our control. We will do our best to reschedule if time and space allow. Refunds will always be given for cancelled classes and programs we cannot reschedule. 

Refunds

Online payments will be processed back onto the original form of payment. Refunds can take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement.

Payments made in person will be refunded by cheque. Cheque refunds can take up to 4 weeks to be processed.


Camps

Deadline: One week before the start of the camp.

If your camp does not meet your expectations, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will work with you to address your concerns and find the right fit for your family. Camp cancellations will not be considered after this deadline.

After-4 & Breakfast Club

Deadline: 1 business day before the end of the month. (if the final day of the month falls on a weekend, please contact us by Thursday)

Administrative fee: There is no administrative fee for cancelling. However, the registration fee/deposit of $75 is non-refundable. 

Cancellations after the first of the month will apply to the following month. No credits or refunds will be given for the balance of time unused in the month of cancellation, but all future payments will be cancelled.

PD Days & Workshops

Deadline: 48 hours.

Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the start of the program. Cancellations will not be considered after the deadline.
